SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Kuwait via Worldwide international courier services. Local orders are delivered through our local courier company directly to your door, free of charge in 1-2 business days!

After you place your order on www.chickuwait.com you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your oder and starting to process it.

You will be receiving further email notifications and updates to inform you about the process as we dispatch your goods and our courier tracking number in order to track the progress of your order.

Our courier service company will deliver directly to your doorstep during regular working hours/business days locally or in your country.

In most case you will receive a call from the courier company previous to delivery to arrange for a time.  If you are not available at time of delivery, our courier will call to reschedule a new date or alternatively you can collect your package from the delegated local courier office with your tracking number on hand.

Shipping Fees

Kuwait Shipping - Free delivery offered within Kuwait for all purchases.

International Shipping - Fee according to international rates of courier service charge to cover transport, clearance and duties from Kuwait.

CHIC KUWAIT cannot take responsibility for any delay due to custom clearance or failed payment approval, if delivery over the shipping time mentioned above.

All our designer brands items are carefully selected, coming from direct distributors attached to the brands or their respective outlet stores therefore you can shop fearlessly and feel confident about the items' authenticity. 

All items will be delivered with their original tags provided by the brand, warranty if applicable and in their original box/pouch or wrapping. 

If in some case, you do not feel confident about the item's authenticity, you are most welcome to confirm their authenticity directly with the representative brand store in Kuwait, who can verify their authenticity by tracking the serial number.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

You can exchange or return unworn items within 10 days of receipt and we will refund the amount paid excluding shipping costs. We accept exchanges, however shipping costs will be applied. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned insured and unused, in the same condition that you have received it. It must include all the original packaging and all tags as well as the security loop still attached, if applicable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as jewelry, hair accessories, scarves or delicate accessories might not be eligible for return (according to the item).  Shoes with exterior soles scratches cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase scan that you will need to attach to your email request to be sent to info@chickuwait.com, mentioning reason for return.

For local Kuwait, we will reply confirming a date/time for a courier to be arranged to collect from your address for a charge of 2.5KD.
For all other destinations, you will receive an email confirming the address where you will need to ship the item back to us by courier.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email reply to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval of your refund.  The amount will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 3-6 business days.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for another item, please make sure you send us an email for approval and in order to confirm we have the item available at info@chickuwait.com before sending your item for exchange. Also make sure all conditions above for returns are met (original tags boxes and security loops).
