HOW TO ORDER & PAY
When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size by checking the Size Guide first (footer) and ensure size of item is either in UK, US or European size, especially on clothing and shoes then click 'Add to Bag'. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart or you can proceed to checkout.
If you are sending a Gift and would need a special gift wrap, you can mention it on your cart on the space left for 'Add a Note to Your Order' before checkout.
The checkout process is simple and fast. Once you create your account (or sign in if already ordered with us) you go through the Shipping page, then proceed to Payment by selecting your preferred payment method. We accept KNET local payment debit card and all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard & Amex.
When at checkout cart, you will enter the Log in page. Go to 'Create Account' at the bottom if first time (or type in your existing email/password to log in) then add your first name/last name/email/password.
Once account has been created enter you address and phone number and continue to Shipping Method.
'Free Shipping' for Kuwait will appear as selected then continue to Payment Method.
Confirm your billing address (where card is registered) if different from the shipping address and continue to 'Complete Order' to be redirected to TAP payment encrypted page.
You can then enter your Knet or credit card details to pay.
Payment is confirmed when you will receive an email from CHIC KUWAIT to confirm your payment has been accepted and order gone through.
You will be receiving you item locally in Kuwait within 2 to 3 business days (Exceptions apply during public holidays).
For international locations, depending on courier services it could take 5 to 14 business days.
