Exchange & Return Policy
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
You can exchange or return unworn items within 10 days of receipt and we will refund the amount paid excluding shipping costs. We accept exchanges, however shipping costs will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned insured and unused, in the same condition that you have received it. It must include all the original packaging and all tags as well as the security loop still attached, if applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as jewelry, hair accessories, scarves or delicate accessories might not be eligible for return (according to the item). Shoes with exterior soles scratches cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase scan that you will need to attach to your email request to be sent to email@example.com, mentioning reason for return.
For local Kuwait, we will reply confirming a date/time for a courier to be arranged to collect from your address for a charge of 2.5KD.
For all other destinations, you will receive an email confirming the address where you will need to ship the item back to us by courier.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email reply to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval of your refund. The amount will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 3-6 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for another item, please make sure you send us an email for approval and in order to confirm we have the item available at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your item for exchange. Also make sure all conditions above for returns are met (original tags boxes and security loops).
